In 2014, UCCC was awarded the utility work including diversion segment of Line 3 of the Riyadh Metro Project where we oversaw and carried out the diversion of various networks of both wet and dry utilities stretching over 43 kms. In addition to diverting utilities, UCCC has also diverted over 35 km of traffic roads while still maintaining road and public safety at the highest level. UCCC will start conecting the new metro structures (Stations, Viaduct) to existing utilities directly after completion of civil work activities. UCCC will also install Street Lighting System for Line 3 limit of work.
One of our ongoing projects is the MEP works for the viaduct section of Riyadh Metro Project Line 3. The Viaduct spans a length of over 25 km where our activities include Earthing, Lighting, Storm drainage, Power and Fire Alarm Systems.
Another one of our active projects is the infrastructure and MEP works in the West Depot of Riyadh Metro Project line 3. UCCC is currently installing Electrical cable ducts, Sewage, Firefighting, Water, Irrigation, Storm and Industrial drainage networks in addition to earthing and air compressed systems. All including Civil and Concrete works.
Station 1A2 is one of the most stategic stations in Riyadh Metro Project. In 2016, UCCC was awarded the contract of comprehensive MEP works. This work consists of implementing Firefighting, Pluming, Electrical, Lighting and Mechanical Systems for the said station.
Working on utilities in metropolitan cities involves an intricate traffic diversion plan that requires meticulous execution to avoid dangerous incidents, UCCC managed to provide solutions for utilities works and Metro Structures by implementing a TTC Plan that ensure safe and smooth traffic flow while getting work not interrupted.
UCCC had the oppurtunity to work in KAIA project by Installing Black steel Blue water network, Earthing, Vacuum and Leak detection Systems.
UCCC Also Worked in KAU Infrastructure project by installing Chilled Water System using GRP Pre-insulated Pipes ( Up to 600mm dia )
Another project done by UCCC is WRCC MEP works including HVAC, Chilled Water System, Firefighting and Building Managment Systems.
The Haramain High Speed Rail project also known as the Western Railway or Makka-Medina high speed railway is a 450 km high-speed inter-city rail transport system. UCCC carried out the diversion of various networks of conflicting wet utilities including Water, Sewage and Storm Drain networks. UCCC also carried out the implementation of 1500mm DI pipes inside HHR Jeddah station.
UCCC also carried out MEP works related to Fighter Shelters and facility within Taif Airbase. The work included HVAC, Earthing, Power and Compressed Air Systems- Control and Maintenance
